Shipping policy

At JL Parts (a trading name of Nationwide Trailer Parts Limited), we aim to dispatch your order promptly and deliver it as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information regarding our shipping services and options.


Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. You’ll be able to view and select from the available delivery options before confirming your purchase.


Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
While many of our courier shipments are delivered on a next working day basis, please note:

Next day delivery services cannot be guaranteed due to events beyond our control such as traffic delays, accidents, weather conditions, or road closures.


Tracked vs Untracked Services

We offer both tracked courier services and standard untracked options (e.g. Royal Mail 1st Class). Please note:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class is NOT a tracked service.

  • Only courier services (e.g. DPD, DX) provide full tracking and delivery updates.

Nationwide Trailer Parts Limited accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit on untracked services. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option to ensure your order can be located in the rare event of a delay.

That said, over 98% of our consignments arrive next working day, even on standard services.


Shipping Areas

We deliver across the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands. Supplementary charges may apply to remote postcodes – these will be shown at checkout.


Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier. Be sure to retain all packaging and take photographs if possible.
