Q: Are the parts you sell new?
Yes – all parts listed are genuine, unused Jaguar and Land Rover parts that have never been fitted to a vehicle. They come from a main dealership insurance claim and are in as-new condition, still in original packaging. This is unless they are clearly labelled as 'USED' on the website.Â
Q: Why are these parts being sold at a discount?
The parts were part of an insurance claim following a fire at a Jaguar Land Rover dealership. While the parts themselves are unaffected, some external packaging may show minor smoke staining. As a result, the parts are not eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, but are offered at significantly reduced prices.
Q: Are these genuine Jaguar or Land Rover parts?
Where advertised, yes, all parts are 100% genuine OEM Jaguar and Land Rover components. However, please note: we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Jaguar Land Rover, and do not use their trademarks in our branding.
📦 Orders & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Courier services typically offer next working day delivery, though this cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures).
Q: How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Q: Is my delivery tracked?
Only courier services (such as DPD or DX) include full tracking.
Royal Mail 1st Class is not a tracked service. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked option for peace of mind, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost using untracked services.

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Returned items must be in new, unused, and unfitted condition and in their original packaging.

Yes, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
