At JL Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in new, unused and unfitted condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return an Item

Email us at sales@jl-parts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

We’ll confirm the return address and provide any necessary instructions.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was delivered in error or found to be faulty.
